Fees

Counselling sessions last 50 minutes and usually happen on a weekly basis at a time agreed between us. These can be face to face, telephone or online, depending on your preference.

Individual Counselling is £50 per session, however, the first session will be charged at £35 and is an opportunity for you to understand how I work and decide whether you feel that we can work effectively together.
